Welcome to Earthdance Hampton Roads. This year's celebration of our community's connection to the earth and to each other will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011. In alignment with the United Nations theme for 2011 - Preserving the Forests - this year, we will focus our intentions on our forests and how we can preserve them for generations to come.

Throughout the day there will be great dance and music performances, activities for the whole family, and delicious food and drink. Beginning at 6:00 pm we'll have a fabulous drum circle (bring your drum and join in), amazing fire dancers, open community dancing and of course the reason for it all, the international peace prayer at 7:00 pm.

Admission is free but donations are gratefully accepted. EarthDance Hampton Roads 2011 will be raising funds for local charities and to support future EarthDance events.

Please remember that credit cards and personal checks are not accepted by food vendors or Earthdance Thrift sellers. There is no ATM available. Please bring the cash you'll need for purchases, raffles and your EarthDance donation. We encourage everyone to bring and donate a non-perishable food item that will benefit a local food pantry.
